Joe Biden is the oldest president in US history, first taking office at the age of 78. In April 2023, aged 80, he launched his 2024 re-election campaign. In this cartoon, Mark Knight plays up Biden’s age. Biden’s possible Republican opponent this time around is former president Donald Trump, who was, at age 70, the second-oldest president in US history at the time of his inauguration in January 2017.
