The election result came as a devastating surprise to the Liberal Party with their leader, Peter Dutton, losing his own seat. Greens leader Adam Bandt also lost his seat of Melbourne after 15 years. Mark Knight’s cartoon references a well-publicised night Bandt spent ‘DJing’ in a nightclub during the election campaign.
