MoAD is unlike any other national cultural institution – where the building itself is the most important part of our collection. Our mission is to provide an historic, interactive and accessible space that educates and engages visitors with Australian democracy.

DONATIONS IN ACTION
The support of donors to our 2024 Annual Appeal allowed the Clerk of the Senate's office to be recreated to the day Whitlam's government was dismissed, 11 November 1975. Clerk of the Senate James Odgers witnessed this momentous event on the steps of Parliament House.
