Sarah Firth
Melbourne-based artist Sarah Firth combines the city’s newfound love for doughnuts (in celebration of those rare ‘doughnut’ days with zero COVID-19 cases) with economic and consumption growth models. Using the doughnut’s icing as a metaphor, Firth points out the limited band for sustainable growth, labelling it ‘the safe and just space for humanity’.
