The Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House is your polling place for the 2025 federal election.
Local and interstate voters can vote early from Saturday 26 April.
On Saturday 3 May, polling will be open to local and interstate voters, 8am – 6pm.
During polling day on Saturday 3 May, you can vote at Old Parliament House, enjoy activities in the queue, collect free voting goodies, visit our exhibitions and grab a democracy sausage while you're here.

Open Air PlayUP is back for the 2025 federal election! Come and stretch your legs, play games, read a book, or simply relax in the beautiful Senate Courtyard.
Open from 9am – 5pm, Saturday 3 May.
Free, all ages welcome.
Plan your visit
Parking is available along King Edward Terrace, off Queen Victoria Terrace and next to the Treasury and John Gorton Buildings. Accessible parking is available along Parliament Square Road next to the House of Representatives Gardens.
The entrance to the museum is at the front of the building. For lift access, enter through the doors underneath the central staircase. These doors have signs marked accessible entry.
Access information
The Senate Courtyard is wheelchair accessible. The courtyard is a grassed area with concrete paths.
